Naturally aged to develop its signature nutty, savory flavor, this artisan Parmesan has a firm texture and exceptional depth of taste. The high butterfat content of Jersey milk creates a richer, creamier cheese that's perfect for grating over pasta, risotto, soups, salads, roasted vegetables, or enjoying on a cheese board.
