This Raw Gouda Cheese is crafted in small batches from Non-GMO, A2A2 high-fat raw cow milk produced by pastured Jersey cows at Meadowview Jerseys farm. Naturally aged to develop a smooth, nutty flavor, this gouda reflects both traditional cheesemaking methods and the wholesome richness of raw milk.

Creamy yet firm, it’s a versatile cheese that shines on charcuterie boards, melts beautifully in hot dishes, and pairs wonderfully with apples, pears, or fresh bread. With its deep flavor and nourishing qualities, this farmstead gouda is a true taste of artisan craftsmanship.
