Freshly harvested Young Garlic is one of the true delicacies of late spring and early summer. Picked before the bulbs fully mature, young garlic has a mild, sweet flavor and tender stalks that can be used from top to bottom.

Unlike cured garlic, young garlic is juicy, delicate, and less pungent, making it perfect for sautéing, grilling, roasting, salads, pesto, soups, and homemade dressings.
