White Whole Wheat Flour from our neighbors, Red Cat Farm 100% whole wheat, bolted (sifted) to remove coarse bran. Chemical free. non-GMO. Locally grown and milled with care for the soil and environment. Red Cat Farm grain products are grown in Germansville, PA using organic fertilizers and cover crops are used for soil fertility. Harvest is done with a 1950 Alis Chalmerrs All Crop combine. Keep refrigerated to ensure quality.
