The future is unclear, the eggs are expensive, but we are cooking soup!

What else can we do?

We just made this beautiful nourishing Pho. Traditional Vietnamese Soup.

We used all of the local farm fresh ingredients. It always feels extra special and satisfying!

We didn't follow the step by step by, but used it for inspiration.

It was so delicious! So perfect for this cold, wet, and unclear time.
