Snowy weather. No school. And so much to do…

Dear Family,

We hope that you received all the goodies and now all set up for getting ready to have a cozy weekend in.I

t’s such a luxury to stay home, cook, clean, spend time with family.

Music on the background. Cooking. Baking.

Winters here are though.

It’s easy to be carried away mentally to some exotic warm place, but the real beauty is to actually be in this moment. There is this beautiful feeling of satisfaction in this brutal, cold, full of injustice world.

The last 3 months brought so much darkness, but it also brought us back to our roots.

It revealed what’s important and what is real.

It revealed true friends, and filtered impurities.

It showed us how strong we really are, while our hearts are bleeding.

That darkness brought so much light. Realizing our own shadows, and with that, our light side is even stronger…

I’m hopeful that we can all learn the lessons and come out stronger than ever before.

With more compassion. Letting go everything and everyone that is not aligned with us.

Letting all go with love, forgiveness, and prayers.

The winters are for retrospection. To go deep. It’s an inside work.

Don’t be afraid of that, it can be hard, but very much necessary.

So much learning.

And while we learn, go out and breathe in that cold air and snow, it makes us alive, more than ever before. And then go in, where you are loved and cherished, accepted and encouraged to grow, in a loving container.

That’s when we might realize that there is nothing warmer than winter.

Shabbat Shalom, dear family!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Enjoy this crazy ride :)
