Some important changes!
As much as we want to keep the cash flowing, we made a decision to transition to credit cards only! It's a lot easier for all! Don't worry about the fees, we'll cover that. You are under no obligation to tip, but if you love the service and would like to tip the drivers, there are a few ways. You can of course use cash, or PayPal/Venmo/Zelle for contactless methods. Until we'll figure out how to add that option to our website. Your credit card payment will be stored, and all you need is to provide the information at once. Thanks for understanding!
We have Turkey and Goose for the holidays! This year we are supporting Mountaineer Farm and they raised the birds for us! This is the farm that is fully transitioned to non-GMO feed for their flocks! Both Turkeys and Geese are pastured, humanely raised and supplemented with only non-gmo feed. This is a small, family owned PA farmers that supported us through lockdowns and shortage of meat. Until this day we are experiencing shortage from other farmers. We have very limited offering from LFFC, as you can see. Mountaineer Farm is dedicated to great changes and working hard for us, if we are going to be forced to another lockdown, they will be able to feed us! I understand that Prime can provide turkeys dirt cheap (even we don't get those pricing at the wholesale), I don't know what they pay to the farmers... We want to keep money locally and vote for the change we want to see in the world. Paying those who work hard and changing the world to be a better place for all!
