Last week, we had a very unpleasant situation.

A new customer called me and wanted to return all of the products she ordered.

Why? Because she is unaccustomed to REAL fresh farm food. 

She was so unhappy, she didn't want to listen to anything! 

Starting with eggs. Her complaint was - it didn't peel. No, fresh eggs do not peel easily. 

The only way to make hard boil super fresh farm eggs is to make them in Instant Pot and transfer right away to the ice bath. She couldn't believe that the eggs are in fact super fresh :)

Then she told me that potatoes have a smell. A smell of soil...

Yes, all of our produce is not treated with bleach or any other chemicals. It's also not waxed. 

I wanted to help her, but she couldn't listen :(  It left me with a very unpleasant feeling. We want you to feel great ordering from us. We want you to have the best products! We want you to feel great by supporting REAL organic family owned farms and a small business! It makes such a huge  difference. It really changes the world to a better place. 

I wish people would be open minded and stop comparing our products  to conventional store bought. 

It's not the same! Dairy, meat, eggs, produce - completely different. 

It takes some time to transition, to adjust. Please open your mind. The benefits are tremendous. Just need to train your taste buds.

If you would like to order a specific product and don't see it on the website, please contact us and we'll try get it for you!

You are responsible for the prompt unpacking of shipments. We are not responsible if your order is stolen, damaged or thawed after it is delivered to you.

Meats are delivered frozen and will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Meats that have thawed but are still cold can be refrozen immediately with no loss of quality for long-term storage.

We do not accept returns of any items that have been opened - unless damaged or spoiled and within 48 hours. Taste preferences are not an allowable return excuse. Any food we sell frozen has a stop expiration date while frozen. Best Sold by dates are recommended best sell by, but are NOT considered expired. We pride ourselves on fresh products.

Please order Friday-Monday 7 am (its the best for us and farmers to have time to prepare your orders). We will accept late orders till Monday 5pm , but can not guarantee availability.

We are working with small family farms, sometimes some products become unavailable, we'll try our best to substitute with something similar, if possible. If you or anyone in your family have any allergies and/or rather would not us to substitute with a similar product, please let us know.

Also, the name on our Venmo account changed.

Minimum order is $50 for most areas. Please contact us to find out about your specific area. If you need to add to your order, simply place an additional order. Delivery fee is $6.50 for all orders under $100.
