Praying for Peace and what can we do to help

Hello dears!

Last few days are simply heartbreaking. I simply can't stop thinking about Ukrainian people. About Russian people that are forced into this mess. The same people that are ready to kill each other, because of what...

Our family is from Kiev, Ukraine, Dima and I were born there, went to school, and met there as well. We are lucky to have all of our extended family here in US, but there are so many dear friends to us that are living this nightmare.

It was my biggest fear, to experience war with children. I feel for my dear friends, not being able to make a safe home for their children, most of them are in and out of the bomb shelters, which are just filthy basements in the buildings. Train stations are clean and beautiful, but there is only so much space, and metro is not in all neighborhoods...

I ask them what can we do to help. We'll be collecting monetary donations, and if you are able and called to help, we'll be transferring it in the next week or so. Contact us and we'll make sure it will get directly to the people in need. Beware of scams, it will be plenty!

Please do your absolutely best to stay heart centered. I know that anger, fear and blame is very easy to fall into now, but it's not helping anyone. We need to raise the vibration. We need unity. We need to create our peaceful future, positive, healing vibes. Pray. Stay in the moment. Spend quality time with family. Enjoy the nature. We don't know how all this turmoil will unfold. Let's enjoy our peaceful clear sky while it's here. We need to be strong. We need to be healthy. Do it for the people of Ukraine. Do it for our kids. Their childhood is so short, let them be. Hug your loved ones tight. Immerse yourself in NOW. Breathe. Inhale all the worry, exhale peace.

Prayers, healing, positive vibes to the humanity!

Stay happy, healthy and free!
