Hi dears!

Please read this with an open heart. It's been a very difficult time for us. 

We consider you our family and that is why we are sharing with you openly. 

This year has been very difficult on all of us, and also on our business. 

The gas prices and the inflation is very difficult on a small family business like ours. 

Our vendors were raising prices on almost everything for a while. 

Our packaging supply company charging us outrageous fees  for delivery, we can't even pick it up from their warehouse anymore. 

Everything that we need to run a business is at least 35% more this year.  

Some of you asked how we deliver for free, and only charge $6.50 for orders under $100.

$50 minimum orders are really not making us any money at all. 

We didn't want to increase prices and didn't for a long time,  because we do understand how difficult it is on us all. 

We can't continue to run the business like that. We absolutely love what we do, but we are volunteering, unfortunately still have bills to pay... We are not increasing the prices out of greed, but out of necessity. 

Another issue is finding drivers. It's close to impossible to compete with Amazon and other big corporations... 

We can't afford to match their rates, can't even find a driver willing to work.

If you have a calling to help us, please reach out, we can pay for your time with awesome food. 

You can take a few packages and deliver to your neighbors. 

You can also help us with marketing. Please spread the word, so we can increase our sales in your area. It will help us tremendously to strategize the efficiency. Do you love to write? Share it on social media. Love taking pictures? Please make awesome pictures of our products - send those to us to make our website more alive.

Recipes - please send them to us, we'll add those to the site as well. Are you a healer - please share your knowledge, tell us what you know about particular food. Do you want to make an event of some kind that would benefit NowFarms family? Anything else?

We are also removing PayPal from our form of payment, their fees are too big. Cash, checks, Venmo is preferred. Credit cards are accepted for your convenience too, with no charge at the moment.

If you would like to order a specific product and don't see it on the website, please contact us and we'll try get it for you!

You are responsible for the prompt unpacking of shipments. We are not responsible if your order is stolen, damaged or thawed after it is delivered to you.

Meats are delivered frozen and will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Meats that have thawed but are still cold can be refrozen immediately with no loss of quality for long-term storage.

We do not accept returns of any items that have been opened - unless damaged or spoiled and within 48 hours. Taste preferences are not an allowable return excuse. Any food we sell frozen has a stop expiration date while frozen. Best Sold by dates are recommended best sell by, but are NOT considered expired. We pride ourselves on fresh products.

Please order Friday-Monday 7 am (its the best for us and farmers to have time to prepare your orders). We will accept late orders till Monday 5pm , but can not guarantee availability.

We are working with small family farms, sometimes some products become unavailable, we'll try our best to substitute with something similar, if possible. If you or anyone in your family have any allergies and/or rather would not us to substitute with a similar product, please let us know.

Also, the name on our Venmo account changed.

Minimum order is $50 for most areas. Please contact us to find out about your specific area. If you need to add to your order, simply place an additional order. Delivery fee is $10.
