Dear Now Farms Customers,

I hope all is well. We are excited to make some changes to improve our service. Our mission is to put great food on your table as affordably and conveniently as possible. We need to know how we can do better. If you have any thoughts, tips, or suggestions on how we can serve you better. Anything from delivery times, different products you would like to purchase, or really anything at all that would make your experience better.

I have some ideas in mind, as well, but I'd like to share them here before we implement them. Starting with a change in delivery times. I know many of you are heading back to work, so I was thinking of changing deliveries to be later in the day, maybe 5-9pm. That way, you will be home to accept the delivery. Another idea is to have a checkout option for an insulated box with ice packs. However, they aren't cheap, so we would need a deposit of about $10 which you would get back when returning the box and packs. Lastly, we would like to have better year round availability for fruits and veggies. Our focus has always been on locally grown produce, but for winter months it might be good to also make available produce that's imported from other parts of the country.
