What Are Carmen Peppers?

  • 4 Carmen peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
